At Nest we work very hard to chose products of excellent quality and shipping durability. 

If you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from NEST, you may return it within 30 days of the original invoice date for a full credit or refund.

The merchandise must be in new condition, and is subject to a
25 % restocking fee and the product must be shipped in it's original carton.

All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Customers will forfeit any applicable discounts when returning items that were part of a promotional sale.

To ensure a fast and accurate processing of your return, always enclose the remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
